Named after William Jennings Bryan, the elegant "Noble-Dawes House" located near the Nebraska State Capital Building was built in 1887. The Chautauqua Bar and the dining rooms named for William Jennings Bryan, Charles Dawes and George W. Norris give a fascinating glimpse into a grand era in U.S. History. 



Since 1986 it has been the home of Billy's Restaurant. We have a variety of entrees to choose from on our lunch & dinner menus and can create special vegetarian/vegan dishes. We hope you will take home a memory of delicious food and excellent service whenever you visit Billy's Restaurant.
